People always say, we work to live, so whether we are happy at work or not is not an issue. However, I suddenly feel fed up a few years ago. Luckily, I happened to land on a turning point – I joined Flourish Property Agency. Now I’ve been here for 3 years. Looking back at the days in the property industry in more than a decade, I’ve only been working in a couple of companies. I remember when I first joined here, I had a weird feeling, as it is very different from the other property agencies that I worked for. Flourish place more resources to nurture us than other companies, and make sure every staff has better and clearer information on each and every unit. This helped me gain a lot more professional knowledge. Our supervisors are all helpful and caring to us, and there are no selfish people here. Everyone is willing to offer help to anyone.,
The atmosphere here affected my life a lot. I started to notice that I truly devote myself to my colleagues, clients and family with sincerity and care. Therefore, our business partners and clients trust us more and more. And we all living a happier life.

The second turning point was my promotion to the District Manager post. I started off as a frontline salesman, and then became a Branch Manger, and now a District Manager. I have a more satisfactory life promoting from a salesman to senior management. This also shows that the company is reassuring my abilities. I finally understand that, we don’t work to live, but there is actually value of existence and happiness in between work and life. I feel like I have one more home at Flourish.

I remember it was November in 2005. I was trying to get the right job and interviewing different companies. What people say is right – It’s always easy to get a job, but it’s not easy to find a job that suits you.
The first time I met Flourish was at the employment market. The name “Flourish” was so eyes catching. I walked into Flourish with in a relaxed way. The image and branding of Flourish attracted me a lot. After joining Flourish, I find myself having lots of energy, as Flourish is just like a young powerful teenager who is growing stronger and stronger. And everyone that works here are working so hard to strengthen Flourish.
I worked hard, and my work ability is acknowledged. I stared out as a Computer Technician and now I am the Human Resource Manager. I’ve put in great deal of effort but I gained a lot from it, and upgraded myself a lot.
Life in Flourish is vibrant and passionate. Apart from work, we also participate in various meaningful activities, and relaxing trips. It does cleared our mind. Our boss is so friendly, and my colleagues are all getting along. I feel like my workplace is another family of mine. We all try our best to run our home. This “home” is expanding and getting stronger and stronger every day, setting up new branches. With everyone’s hard work, we must be able to achieve great success!
I always remember one line of our company’s culture, it’s “helping you to achieve great development”. And yes, I truly believe with everyone’s hard work, our company, and us will all achieve great development!

I remember the time I just joined Flourish for a while, one day, Vincent asked me what I was most interested in. Maths was my favourite subject in school, so he provide me with lots of opportunities to learn about accounting. I learnt a lot of things at Flourish. I remember Flourish once only had one branch. I had to do everything from cold calling, field work, fixing the computers to clerical work. I literally touched on everything, and what I learnt will really help me for life, and actually helped me find my own life goal.
The economy was not very good a few years ago. I was under such great pressure. Luckily I had a considerate supervisor, who was willing to face this challenge with me and solve the problems. With the development of Flourish, not only I had to do my job well, I also started to arrange other people’s work. Flourish not only gives me a lot of learning opportunities, it also gives me lots of good friends who support each other, care and protect me when I’m upset.
